JJ mineral powder special filter cloth

JJ mineral powder filter cloth is a high-performance filter medium developed for the mining filter press process. It is widely used in the solid-liquid separation of metal and non-metallic mineral powders. 

It uses high-strength synthetic fibers (such as polyester and polypropylene) through precision weaving and surface treatment, and has excellent thermal stability (temperature resistance ≥120℃), acid and alkali corrosion resistance and anti-clogging performance. 

By optimizing the warp and weft density and multi-layer composite structure design, it can achieve efficient interception of 0.5-10μm grade mineral powder, the filtrate clarity reaches NTU＜20, and the filter cake moisture content is reduced to 15%-22%. Special monofilament surface treatment technology improves dynamic filtration performance, and the flux is increased by more than 30% compared with conventional filter cloth. 

At the same time, the tensile strength is ≥2000N/5cm, and the wear resistance index is increased by 50%, which is suitable for high-pressure diaphragm filter press working conditions. 

The filter cloth significantly extends the service life to 800-1200 cycles, helping mining companies achieve energy saving and consumption reduction and clean production goals.
