108C encrypted filter cloth

108C encrypted filter cloth is a high-performance filter medium made of high-density weaving technology and special synthetic fibers (such as polyester, nylon or composite materials), which is specially designed for solid-liquid separation conditions of filter presses. 

Its core advantage lies in the formation of a dense filter layer through the encrypted structure of warp and weft (the mesh number can reach more than 800 meshes), which significantly improves the filtration accuracy (can intercept 1-10μm particles), and at the same time relies on fiber surface modification technology to enhance anti-clogging and cake unloading efficiency. 

The filter cloth has high strength, acid and alkali resistance (pH 1-14 tolerance) and temperature resistance (≤120℃), and is suitable for mining tailings dehydration, chemical crystallization separation, environmental sludge deep drying and other fields. 

It can reduce the moisture content of the filter cake by 5%-15%, and extend the service life to 2-3 times that of ordinary filter cloth. 

It is suitable for box-type and plate-frame filter presses to achieve efficient and energy-saving continuous production.
