Filter press Water nozzle & faucet

The faucet and tap are mainly responsible for liquid control and transmission functions in the filter press. 

The faucet is usually located at the filter plate or pipeline interface. As the liquid inlet and outlet channel, it is responsible for injecting the slurry into the filter chamber and discharging the filtrate or cleaning water after the filtration is completed. Its structural design directly affects the uniformity and sealing of the fluid to ensure the efficiency of the filtration. 

The faucet (valve) is used to accurately adjust the liquid flow and pressure in the system, control the opening and closing in the feeding, backwashing, washing and other links, and prevent pressure imbalance or leakage.

The two work together to ensure the stability of the filtration cycle: the faucet realizes directional flow guidance, and the faucet dynamically adjusts the process parameters, jointly maintaining the efficient operation of the filter press and the quality of the filter cake, while reducing energy consumption and operational risks. 

It is an indispensable key component in the pressure filtration system.
