The nozzles and valves are the core components of the filter press for controlling the inflow and outflow of fluids and regulating pressure. 

As the interface of the liquid channel, the nozzle is usually connected to the feed pipe and the filtrate discharge pipe. It is responsible for introducing the slurry to be filtered into the filter chamber and exporting the filtrate to the collection system; the valve realizes the process segmentation control through opening and closing and opening adjustment. 

During the filtration stage, the feed valve is opened and the drain valve is closed to ensure that the high-pressure environment promotes solid-liquid separation; 

When discharging, the drain valve is opened to release the residual liquid, while preventing the sudden drop in pressure from damaging the filter plate. Precision-matched nozzles and valves can effectively maintain the sealing of the system, improve the filtration efficiency, and ensure the stable operation of the equipment. 

Its corrosion-resistant and high-pressure resistant design directly affects the service life and treatment effect of the filter press.
