Filter press Rubber tube

As a key fluid transmission component in the filter press, the rubber hose is mainly used to achieve safe transportation and dynamic sealing of high-pressure media. 

Its pressure resistance (usually ≥10MPa) can withstand the hydraulic fluctuations during the filter plate pressing and feeding stages, and the elastic structure effectively compensates for the mechanical vibration and displacement deviation during the operation of the equipment. 

In the feeding stage, the rubber hose connects the pump body and the filter chamber channel to transport high-solid content slurry (solid phase concentration can reach 40%). The wear-resistant formula of the inner layer (such as NR/EPDM blend) can resist particle erosion; 

In the hydraulic system, the oil-resistant rubber hose (NBR material) is used as a pressure transmission medium to ensure that the hydraulic cylinder stably performs the filter plate locking (pressure range 0.5-25MPa). 

Under special working conditions, the fluororubber hose can withstand high temperatures of 120°C and acid and alkali corrosion (pH 1-13), ensuring the reliability of the sealing of the entire process and avoiding the decrease in filtration efficiency caused by leakage (leakage rate<0.1%).>
