Filter press Rubber hose

As a key fluid transmission component in the filter press, the rubber hose is mainly responsible for pressure-resistant sealing and medium transportation. 

It adopts a high-strength rubber (such as nitrile, EPDM) composite reinforcement layer structure, which can withstand 0.6-2.5MPa working pressure and temperature environment below 80°C, and is suitable for acidic and alkaline slurries and organic solvents. 

During the filtration cycle, the hose connects the feed pump and the filter plate group. 

The elastic deformation characteristics effectively buffer the hydraulic shock and reduce the pulsation loss; its flexibility facilitates the adaptive deformation of the pipeline when the filter plate is moved and adjusted. 

The specially designed pipe wall structure takes into account both wear resistance and fatigue resistance, ensuring air tightness under frequent pressure cycles (200-300 times per day on average) to prevent solid phase leakage or filtrate contamination. 

Some models have a built-in spiral steel wire skeleton to resist the collapse of the pipe body caused by negative pressure suction and ensure stable delivery of compressed air during the drying stage.
