Filter press Sauce filter cloth

Sauce filter cloth is a high-precision filter medium specially used for solid-liquid separation of sauce materials in the filter press industry. It is mainly used in food processing, condiment production and other fields. 

It is woven with food-grade polyester, polypropylene or nylon fibers, and has the characteristics of acid and alkali resistance, high temperature resistance (100-150℃) and anti-microbial corrosion, and meets the FDA/GB 4806 food contact material standard. 

Through the gradient pore size design (5-50μm), it can effectively intercept suspended particles, colloids and impurities in sauces, while maintaining the permeability of flavor substances. 

In the plate and frame filter press or diaphragm filter press, the filter cloth achieves continuous high-pressure (0.6-1.2MPa) filtration operation with high strength (longitudinal ≥1800N/5cm) and low elongation (≤15%), with filtrate turbidity ≤5NTU and solid retention rate ≥99.8%, significantly improving the clarity and stability of products such as soy sauce and bean paste. 

The surface PTFE coating treatment can enhance the anti-fouling performance, reduce the cleaning frequency, and extend the service life to 800-1200 cycles.
