Filter press Pneumatic pinch valve

The pneumatic pinch valve is a key fluid control component in the filter press. It uses pneumatically driven elastic rubber tubes to achieve medium on and off. 

Its functions are mainly reflected in three aspects: 

 1. Process control: open the valve during the feeding stage to allow the filter pulp to enter the filter press chamber, and close it after the filtration is completed to prevent backflow; blow off the filter cake with compressed air during unloading; 

 2. Medium adaptation: its valve-free cavity structure and wear-resistant hose can withstand particulate, high-viscosity or corrosive fluids, avoiding the risk of blockage caused by scaling of traditional valves; 

 3. Sealing guarantee: through compressed gas radially squeeze the hose to form a zero-leakage seal, meeting the high-pressure working conditions of the filter press of 0.6-1.6MPa. The valve has significantly improved the automation level and operation stability of the filter press system with its fast response (action time <1 second), maintenance-free characteristics and long life (fatigue resistance of the hose >1 million times).
