Filter press Hydraulic pinch valve

As a key fluid control component in the filter press, the hydraulic pinch valve is mainly used to accurately cut off or adjust the flow path of slurry, filtrate and cleaning medium. 

Its core structure consists of a highly elastic rubber sleeve and an external hydraulic drive mechanism. 

The hydraulic actuator applies radial extrusion to the sleeve to achieve closure and cutoff. After the pressure is released, the sleeve rebounds to restore the diameter. In the filter press cycle, the valve effectively reduces the risk of blockage during the transportation of solid-containing materials with its full-bore non-blocking design; its sealing surface is an elastic tube wall self-sealing form, which has strong tolerance to granular media and significantly reduces wear and leakage. 

At the same time, the hydraulic drive mode has a high response speed and stable closing force, which can accurately match the timing control requirements of the filter press's feeding, backblowing, slag discharge and other process stages, ensuring efficient operation of the system and stable filter chamber pressure, thereby improving the solid-liquid separation efficiency and extending the service life of the valve.
