Filter press Electric pinch valve

The electric pinch valve is mainly used in the filter press to accurately control the delivery and cutoff of fluid media. 

The core is that the electric actuator drives the valve body to radially compress the elastic tube sleeve, and the flow path is opened and closed by deforming the tube cavity. 

During the feeding stage of the filter press, the valve is fully opened to ensure that high-flow slurry quickly fills the filter chamber; 

During the filtration and pressing process, the opening can be adjusted to maintain the system back pressure to prevent pressure fluctuations from affecting the formation of the filter cake; 

During unloading, it is completely closed to block the residual liquid from flowing back. The elastic tube sleeve is made of wear-resistant and corrosion-resistant materials (such as EPDM or fluororubber), which is suitable for acid-base media and high temperature conditions.

Compared with traditional valves, its dead-angle flow channel design significantly reduces the risk of blockage, and has excellent sealing performance. There is no leakage under the working pressure of 0.6-1.0MPa, which effectively guarantees the stability and automation of the filter press system.
