Filter press Electric control cabinet

The electric control cabinet is the core control unit of the filter press. By integrating PLC, frequency converter, relay and HMI components, it realizes the full process automation and precise control of the equipment. 

Its core functions include: 

1) logic control, coordinating the timing actions of actuators such as feed pump, hydraulic system, plate pulling device according to the preset program; 

2) parameter adjustment, real-time monitoring of key parameters such as filtration pressure and chamber filling degree through pressure sensors, liquid level gauges, etc., dynamically adjusting the pressing force and cycle; 

3) safety protection, equipped with overload, short circuit, phase sequence and leakage protection modules, automatic shutdown and alarm in case of abnormality;

4) energy consumption optimization, using frequency conversion technology to adjust the power of the pump group and reduce the impact of start-stop. 

The human-machine interface can also realize process parameter setting, fault diagnosis and operation data tracing, significantly improving the solid-liquid separation efficiency and system reliability.
