Ink sewage treatment equipment

The ink wastewater treatment equipment is the core treatment unit in the filter press industry, which is specially used for the purification of wastewater containing ink, resin, pigment and heavy metals generated in the fields of printing and packaging. 

Its core function is to intercept the suspended particles, colloidal substances and chemical residues in the sewage on the surface of the filter cloth through the efficient solid-liquid separation technology of the filter press, forming a low-water content filter cake, and at the same time discharge qualified clean water. 

The equipment adopts high-pressure diaphragm pressing, automatic unloading and corrosion-resistant filter plate design, which significantly improves the dehydration efficiency (filter cake moisture content ≤ 60%) and processing capacity, ensuring the reduction and resource utilization of pollutants.
