New energy saving plunger pump

The plunger pump is the core power element in the filter press industry. 

It is a positive displacement pump that realizes periodic volume changes through the reciprocating motion of the plunger in the cylinder body, thereby conveying high-pressure fluid. 

Its main function is to provide stable and high-pressure feeding power for the filter press. During the solid-liquid separation process, the suspension is pressurized and injected into the filter chamber, forcing the liquid phase to penetrate the filter cloth and discharge, and the solid phase to form a filter cake. 

With its high-pressure output characteristics (usually up to 10-30MPa), the plunger pump can effectively overcome the resistance of the filter cloth and the gradually increasing penetration resistance of the filter cake, ensuring that the filter press process continues to be efficient. 

Its adjustable flow rate characteristics are adapted to different stages of the filter press process: the filter chamber is quickly filled with a large flow rate in the initial stage, and it switches to a high-pressure and low-flow mode in the pressing stage. 

The use of wear-resistant alloy materials and precision sealing structure design can withstand the wear of solid particle-containing media for a long time, ensuring the stable operation of the filter press system under high-pressure conditions, directly affecting the filtration efficiency, filter cake moisture content and equipment service life.
