Closed low temperature filter cake drying equipment

The filter cake drying equipment is the core component of the filter press system, which is mainly used to reduce the moisture content of the filter cake and improve the solid-liquid separation efficiency. 

During the filtration process, the material is squeezed under high pressure to form a filter cake with a high moisture content (usually 20%-40% water content). The drying equipment further reduces the moisture content of the filter cake to below 10% through heat conduction (steam/thermal oil heating), hot air circulation or mechanical extrusion. 

Its mechanism of action includes: 

- Transferring heat energy through the heating plate to evaporate water,；

- Using vacuum negative pressure to accelerate vaporization；

- Discharging residual liquid through mechanical pressing.

This equipment can significantly reduce subsequent transportation/handling costs and improve solid phase recovery rate. It plays a key role in dehydrating sticky materials or refined products, especially in the chemical, mining and environmental protection fields.
