Automatic dosing machine

The automatic dosing machine is an intelligent dosing device in the filter press system, mainly used in the pretreatment of sludge dewatering.

Through precise metering and intelligent control system, it quantitatively injects flocculants (such as PAM) or conditioners into the sludge mixing unit according to process requirements, prompting the suspended particles to form dense flocs and optimize the sludge dewatering performance. 

During the operation of the filter press, the efficient mixing of the agent and the sludge can significantly improve the solid-liquid separation efficiency, reduce the moisture content of the filter cake, and reduce the risk of filter cloth clogging. 

The dosage is dynamically adjusted by real-time monitoring of parameters such as sludge concentration and flow rate to ensure the economy of agent addition while meeting environmental protection standards.
