Filter Press Main beam push plate

The main beam push plate is one of the core components of the filter press, and is mainly responsible for the functions of pressing, sealing and unloading the filter plate group. 

Its working mechanism is as follows: 

The hydraulic system drives the push plate to move along the axial direction of the main beam, and by applying uniform pressure, multiple filter plates are tightly pressed together to form a closed filter chamber to ensure that there is no leakage of slurry under high-pressure conditions. 

During the filtration stage, the push plate maintains a constant pressure to resist the gradually increasing reaction force in the filter chamber; 

When unloading, the push plate retreats to release the filter plate group, and cooperates with the plate puller to separate the filter plates one by one to achieve automatic slag discharge. 

The structure must have both high strength and wear resistance to ensure that it can withstand alternating loads for a long time without deformation. Its movement accuracy directly affects the alignment and sealing effect of the filter plates, and is a key actuator to ensure the efficiency of filtration and the quality of filter cake formation.
