Anti-corrosion pipe

Anti-corrosion pipes are used to media transportation and corrosion protection in filter presses.

They are mainly used for the transmission of corrosive fluids in the solid-liquid separation process, such as acid, alkali, salt solutions or high-concentration chemical slurries. 

They are made of materials such as polypropylene (PP), polyvinylidene fluoride (PVDF) or stainless steel lined with an anti-corrosion layer. They resist medium erosion through chemical inertness and structural density, and avoid perforation, leakage and pollutant infiltration caused by corrosion of the pipe wall. 

In the feed, filtrate discharge and backwashing systems of the filter press, anti-corrosion pipes can ensure sealing and process stability under high-pressure conditions, while reducing the frequency of shutdown maintenance, extending equipment life, ensuring filtration efficiency and production safety. They are especially suitable for harsh working conditions such as chemical, metallurgical, and environmental protection.
