Pure cotton filter cloth

Pure cotton filter cloth is a filter medium made of natural cotton fiber through plain or twill weaving process. 

It is widely used in the field of solid-liquid separation in filter presses. The micron-level pore structure formed by the interweaving of its fibers can effectively intercept suspended particles of 5-50μm while maintaining high permeability. 

It is suitable for filtering medium and low temperature materials in the chemical, food, environmental protection and other industries. The inherent weak acid and alkali resistance (pH 3-10) and flexible physical properties of cotton fibers significantly reduce the clogging rate of filter cloths. With the working pressure of 0.4-2.0MPa of the filter press, a solid phase recovery rate of more than 90% can be achieved.

Compared with synthetic fibers, its biodegradability is more in line with green production needs, but it should be noted that the temperature must be controlled below 120°C to avoid fiber carbonization.
