PP Membrane Filter Plate

The PP membrane filter plate is the core component used for solid-liquid separation in the filter press. 

It is made of polypropylene (PP) material through precision injection molding or hot pressing. 

It has the characteristics of corrosion resistance, high temperature resistance (80-100℃), tensile resistance and high sealing. 

Its surface is covered with a filter membrane with a micron-level pore structure, which can efficiently intercept suspended particles, and the turbidity of the permeate is as low as below 5NTU. 

In the membrane filter press process, the PP membrane filter plate applies a pressure of 0.8-2.0MPa through the hydraulic system, and cooperates with the secondary extrusion function of the elastic diaphragm to reduce the moisture content of the filter cake to 15%-25%, significantly improving the dehydration efficiency. 

The filter plate is widely used in the fields of mine tailings, chemical sludge and food fermentation, especially for harsh working conditions such as strong acid (pH1-3) and strong alkali (pH10-13). The service life is more than 5,000 times, which saves 30% energy and reduces maintenance costs by 40% compared with traditional cast iron filter plates.
