The closed membrane filter plate is an innovative filter element in the field of filter presses.

It is manufactured using an integrated sealing structure and a high-precision microporous filter membrane composite process. 

Its core is composed of a high-pressure resistant polypropylene or PVDF substrate and a filter membrane layer with a pore size of 0.01-0.1μm. 

Dynamic cross-flow filtration is achieved through the pressure of a hydraulic system (0.6-2.0MPa). 

During the solid-liquid separation process, the membrane layer accurately intercepts particles larger than 0.5μm. 

Combined with the closed flow channel design, the filtration efficiency can be increased by 30-50%, and the moisture content of the filter cake can be reduced to 15%-25%. 

This technology is particularly suitable for the purification of nanomaterials, dehydration of high-viscosity materials and hazardous waste treatment. 

It has anti-pollution and easy-to-clean characteristics, acid and alkali resistance range of pH1-14, and a service life of more than 8000 cycles, which effectively reduces the overall operating costs and meets environmental emission standards.
