Hydraulic mud storage hopper

The hydraulic mud storage hopper is a key feeding equipment in the filter press system. 

It is mainly used to temporarily store the mud materials to be filtered and realize stable and controllable mud transportation. 

It uses a hydraulic drive system to accurately adjust the opening of the feed valve and the feed pressure to ensure that the mud is evenly input into the filter press filter chamber at a constant flow rate and appropriate pressure to avoid filter cloth blockage or loose filter cake structure caused by pressure fluctuations. 

A stirring device is usually configured inside the storage hopper to prevent the sedimentation of mud solid particles and maintain material homogenization. 

In the filter press cycle, the hydraulic linkage control can achieve synchronous collaboration with the feeding, pressure holding and unloading processes of the filter press, thereby improving the system automation and processing efficiency. 

This equipment is widely used in solid-liquid separation processes in mining, metallurgy, chemical industry and other fields, and has technical characteristics such as wear resistance, corrosion resistance and high sealing.
