Filter press Blender

The filter press agitator is a key pretreatment equipment in the filter press system, mainly used to maintain the suspension stability of the slurry and the uniformity of the solid phase particle distribution. 

Through mechanical stirring, it prevents the material from settling, stratifying or agglomerating in the storage tank or feed pipe, ensures the homogenization of the feed concentration of the filter press, and thus improves the filter chamber filling efficiency and the filtration pressure transmission effect. 

The stirring process can promote the full contact between the flocculant and the suspended particles, accelerate the solid-liquid separation process, and avoid local blockage of the filter cloth caused by the aggregation of large particles. By optimizing the rheological properties of the material, the device significantly improves the single-cycle processing capacity of the filter press, reduces the moisture content of the filter cake, and prolongs the service life of the filter cloth.
